Zinova Coating was established at Om Industrial Park, 21, beside Shivbhumi Estate 3, Ta: Dashkroi, Bakrol Bujrang, Gujarat 382430, with a clear purpose: to bring genuine engineering discipline to the zinc flake coating process for manufacturers in the marine, automobile, and railway sectors. We serve clients throughout Dholera, Rajkot, Kutch, Jamnagar, Sanad, Bhavnagar, and Ankleshwar — regions where the stakes of surface coating failure are high, and the tolerance for inconsistency is zero.
Our founding principle is straightforward: a coating is not a commodity service. Every component has a specific operating environment, a specific load or exposure profile, and a specific set of regulatory or OEM requirements. How We Work — Our Five-Step Process
Every engagement follows a structured process designed to eliminate ambiguity and ensure the right coating system is applied to every component, every time.
- Technical Review: We review component drawings, material specifications, operating environment data, and target performance requirements — salt spray hours, friction coefficient range, OEM specification compatibility, and any relevant standards (ISO, DIN, IS, or proprietary OEM).
- Coating System Selection: Based on the technical review, we recommend the appropriate basecoat, topcoat, and process parameters. We do not apply a single system to all components — selection is matched to the component’s actual service conditions.
- Controlled Application: Components are processed through our zinc flake application line under controlled temperature, humidity, and process parameters. Every batch is run to defined specifications.
- Quality Verification: Post-application inspection includes coating thickness measurement, adhesion assessment, and where specified, salt spray testing and friction coefficient verification per ISO 16047.
- On-Schedule Delivery: We communicate proactively on production status and adhere to agreed delivery timelines. All batch documentation — process records, test results, RoHS compliance certificates — is provided with every shipment.

All Zinova Coating zinc flake systems are free from hexavalent chromium (Cr VI) and fully RoHS-compliant.
